Our 2018 Financial Services Digital Census has revealed the strengths and weakness in digital marketing for building societies. The report identifies what opportunities are being missed by the top UK building societies and offers how to achieve better results.
In our research we reviewed the digital maturity of the top 40 building societies in the UK. We measured and analysed their performance across eight core digital aspects. These include search marketing, email marketing, mobile optimisation and customer engagement. Each building society is scored based on their performance across the eight areas of digital which gives them an overall percentage that determines where they rank in the Digital Maturity League Table.
