We pick up two awards
The Sitecore Experience awards 2014, tonight at KOKO in London, proved a happy hunting ground for Fusionworkshop and it’s customers Welsh Water and The World Customs Organization. The awards celebrate the best Sitecore solutions that deliver both great experiences for an organisation’s audience and great business results.
Our Sitecore microsite toolkit for Welsh Water won the Digital Innovation Award while our Sitecore based offline web tool for The World Customs Organization won best use of multichannel.
Karen Wenborn, Head of Customer Services for Welsh Water commented on their win:
“We’re incredibly proud to win a Sitecore award for the second year running. It’s a fantastic acknowledgement of the efforts and dedication the team have made this year. We’re committed to creating digital areas for our members that are innovative and accessible so it’s particularly gratifying to receive this recognition of the hard work the team have put in to this project.”
Chris Short, Managing Director Fusionworkshop was delighted:
“Fusionworkshop are deeply honoured to be recognised as double winners once again.
I am very proud of the five nominations we received this year with four of our fantastic customers. To win awards for ‘Best use of Multi-channel’ and ‘Digital Innovator’ is the icing on the cake.
I would like to thank everyone involved at Fusionworkshop, Welsh Water and The World Customs Organization who worked to ensure project success which has rightly been recognised for their excellence. Both these projects stand out, as they bring digital innovation to business problems.
These Awards recognise and reaffirm our strategy and commitment to Sitecore excellence. By putting websites at the heart of the customer experience via personalisation, institutive design and integration with complex data sources, we are able to deliver that unique web experience for every customer.
Over the last few years, the Sitecore Experience Awards have become the standard for excellence in digital development. This is a real tribute for the team at Fusionworkshop to be again recognised twice especially in these prestigious categories.”
As well as the two wins we had two other projects nominated as finalists. Fairtrade in the Best Customer / User Experience category and British Gypsum for best Manufacturing, automotive and technology website.
