IIP specialises in transforming business performance through people. Fusionworkshop staff underwent an in-depth session of interviews by independent IIP assessors in order to determine our eligibility of the award. IIP provided a tailored framework which allowed us to set our own aims and objectives that aligned with our own business priorities.
