Kagool has been awarded Gold accreditation against Investors in People standard

We’re delighted to be awarded Gold accreditation against the Investors in People Standard. Kagool has jumped from Bronze to Gold, joining the top seven per cent of accredited UK organisations.

The award demonstrates our commitment to high performance through good people management.
We’re all about delivering award-winning digital solutions with a people-centric, collaborative and supportive culture. We’ve worked hard to develop a progressive and vibrant working environment with open-planned, modern offices in Manchester, Cardiff and London. Our innovative company systems support our people’s development, talent and work-life balance.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Kagool. Investors in People accreditation is the sign of a great employer, an outperforming place to work and a clear commitment to success. Kagool should be extremely proud of their achievement.”

Commenting on the award, Kagool’s CEO and Founder, Chris Short said: “Gold IIP is a great step up from our previous Bronze accreditation. We’re all very proud of it. I founded Kagool 16 years ago. It’s always been a fundamental part of our strategy to attract and keep the best people. We want to empower them to do their best for our customers, while helping them become the best of the best. Creating an environment of transparency and openness where people can thrive is an unending job. But even at our busiest, we make a conscious effort to keep doing the right things. We have a team of close to 60 and everyone is a ‘Kagoolie’ to the core. Everyone looks out for one another to keep up the fabulous Kagool team spirit and culture.”
