Kagool become the only UK partner to win Sitecore Experience Awards 2016 for two projects
Every year, Sitecore honours customers and partners whose solutions deliver excellent customer experiences and real business benefits. This year, Kagool has been recognised as double winners within the global Sitecore community. Making these our seventh Sitecore Experience Award wins in the last four years.
We’re the only UK Sitecore partner to win awards for two different projects, together with our customers Formica Group and Bounty. Bounty’s Sitecore app won the ‘Best E-commerce Experience’, while the Formica Group won ‘Best Data-driven Website’.
The ‘Best E-commerce Experience’ award recognises organisations delivering an integrated e-commerce experience. One that makes the online browsing, selection, purchasing and post-purchasing process effortless, helpful and relevant.
Our winning entry for the ‘Bounty Pregnancy App’ is powered by Sitecore and seamlessly integrates with their existing solution. The app’s content is personalised to deliver the right content, to the right person at the right time. Plus, innovative e-voucher functionality has made it quicker and easier for users to pick up Bounty packs in popular retailers like Boots, Tesco and Asda. This has proved highly successful with Bounty’s customers and improves conversion for Bounty’s commercial partners.
The ‘Best Data-driven Website’ award showcases solutions using the Sitecore Experience Database™ (xDB) to track and analyse customer interactions, influence marketing decisions and automate the delivery of personalised marketing messages in real time.
Formica Group’s Sitecore website helps them do just that. With xDB, they’ve gained valuable insight into every customer in real time. Allowing them to promote product offers and samples to the right customer at the right time. This has been very successful in increasing awareness for the brand and their products, as well as driving traffic to local Formica distributors.
