New supplier for digital services

Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has appointed Kagool to provide a range of digital services. The selection process examined innovative use of Sitecore CMS and imaginative design plus an ability to articulate customer requirements into solutions to enhance the customer experience. Our track record in Sitecore support, build and accreditation in ISO27001: 2005 were all taken into account. We’ll provide guidance on digital strategy, conduct stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering and perform improvements to the current website to provide the best customer experience across all devices.

Mobile

Welsh Water was looking for a supplier with the ability to design and develop a new responsive website to allow customers to access the website across a range of devices including mobile and tablet. Kagool was able to demonstrate expertise in adaptive websites using Sitecore to create multiple views optimised for each media type.

24×7 Support

We’ll provide 24×7 Sitecore support – the Service Level Agreement underlines the requirement for the public to have access to Welsh Water’s online services all year round and to ensure that technical support meets high availability standards.

Development & Testing

We’ll advise on user experience, interaction design and carry out development and testing based on user experience and interactive design. This includes approach to testing and deployment, providing detailed information on the creation of test plans and test cases which could include: Acceptance testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, Cross browser testing, Penetration testing, Multiple device testing and User Acceptance Testing. Included in the scope is a plan detailing how content will be migrated and governed. Other service areas included are: analytics, reporting, knowledge transfer and custom Sitecore training.
