Chris founded the Company in 1999 after fifteen years of software engineering, project management and consulting. Predominantly in the aerospace, emergency services and finance industries. His passion stemmed from a very early interest in electronics and software development. Chris went on to study Computer Science at University.
Chris stepped back from CEO to Chairman in 2016. In this role he works closely with the Board and in particular the company’s MD, Dan Berry.
Dan joined Kagool in 2012 and provides board leadership and direction to ensure we meet our strategic goals and client objectives.
Since becoming Managing Director Kagool has become an established E-consultancy top 100 agency and his achievements were recently recognised by BIMA in the 2019 hot 100.
A two times IOD Director of the Year winner, Dan has also been recognised by Sitecore, as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for the past 2 years.
Away from Kagool Dan also volunteers as a Non-Executive Director providing board governance to various charitable organisations.
Ali joined Kagool in 2013 from PwC’s Transaction Services team. Ali is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA), He has extensive experience in M&A and financial due diligence to support acquisitions and disposals. Ali works closely with the Board to help deliver the Company’s strategy, management accounts, compliance and risk management. Ali also looks after the Company’s IT, facilities and supplier relationships. His background in Computer Science has enabled him to work closely with the operations and commercial teams to implement systems, processes and controls.
Craig has been assisting enterprise organisations with digital strategy since 1997. A well respected member of the North West digital scene he has been instrumental in the growth of many digital businesses, including agencies such as JWT and Rippleffect, publishers such as Guardian Media Group and Trinity Mirror, plus high profile organisations in the sport, finance, retail and ecommerce sectors.
Vicki joined Kagool in 2015, after working for 9 years as HR Manager for a corporate dental company. She is fully CIPD qualified and holds Chartered membership status with the CIPD. Reporting into and working closely with the Board, Vicki is responsible for driving the people initiatives in Kagool and setting the HR plan for offering growth, support and development across all locations, including the management of the Investors in People Gold award and Kagool’s Best companies applications.
15 years IT programme management experience, Andy joined us in 2013 as a programme manager. Andy went on to spearhead our delivery teams as Head of Delivery and was recently appointed to the board as Delivery director.
Responsible for all professional services and managed service teams, Andy is key to ensuring our projects deliver our clients ambitions and our processes scale in line with our startegic growth. In 2019 he completed the IoD Certificate in Company Direction course.
James joined Kagool in July 2017 after previously working with the business as an independent creative consultant. As Creative Director he is responsible for nurturing the research, design, and user experience teams at Kagool and working with clients to identify creative opportunities that support their strategic goals.
James has previous experience as Creative Director for a UK Sitecore Gold partner. He’s worked with leading brands such as BBC, Disney, Netflix, Honeywell, and In 2019 he completed the IoD Certificate in Company Direction course.
