It couldn’t be a better time to join the Delete / Kagool family as we’re currently looking for a New Business Manager to work as part of the wider sales and marketing team, owning the new business process and driving opportunities forwards. 

Reporting to the New Business Director, you will autonomously manage and respond to RFIs and subsequent RFPs, project manage pitch process and be a driving force in converting prospects and opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to ‘request for information’ and ‘request for proposal’ documents from prospective clients
  • Own relationships and build rapport with prospective clients during the sales process
  • Qualify leads against business requirements
  • Dissect and review opportunities against company criteria, succinctly briefing the team to progress relevant projects
  • Lead on strategizing the sales approach for viable prospects
  • Act as a central point for the internal teams, using your company knowledge to bring together the right individuals and disciplines to best respond to the brief
  • Project manage sales opportunities, tailoring responses to clients
  • Organise, attend and play an active sales role in chemistry meetings and pitches, presenting and selling the company credentials
  • When required, provide and confidently present the Senior Management Team with tailored reports
  • Maintain a database of prospects, tracking the progress of all leads
  • Work with the team to refine and update a library of company credentials, case studies and other marketing materials
  • Attend industry events for networking opportunities
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the agency’s technical partners
  • Work alongside the marketing department to support with award and accreditation submissions

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Considerable experience in a business development role – digital experience ideally
  • Demonstrated experience with owning the new business process, nurturing and developing your own pipeline
  • Be confident in autonomous decision making at the qualification and briefing stage
  • Experience in effectively managing a CRM system
  • An eye for detail, proactively and strategically gathering information on prospects
  • Leading, inspiring and exciting internal teams throughout the new business process
  • Flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms, showing vibrant personality across all methods of communication internally and with clients
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office suite.
  • Aptitude for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder across all levels
  • Showcase proficient negotiation and closing skills, embodying an entrepreneurial, self-motivated and driven approach to your work
