We are pleased to have been awarded the one-star accreditation by Best Companies.

The Best Companies accreditations are recognised as the standard in the workplace and have become a prestigious award for any organisation to achieve.  Partnering with The Sunday Times to annually publish the lists of best companies to work for, companies can achieve up to three stars in their accreditation. Gathering anonymous employee feedback from an in-depth survey, results are analysed and carefully measured to give a final score. The feedback from Best Companies can importantly be used to further improve engagement and well-being in the workplace.

The CEO & Founder of Best Companies, Jonathan Austin quoted:

“I would like to congratulate Kagool on your achievement. Best Companies have been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace.  Organisations like Kagool have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for”

Kagool are also delighted to announce that they have been awarded a Top 30 position in the Best Companies to Work for in Wales 2020. Kagool received their Best Companies accreditation in late 2019 with a RBCI score of 688.1 and were happy to find out that this score placed them in the Top 30 Best Companies to Work for in Wales 2020.

RBCI (The Regional Best Companies Index) scores are calculated using an anonymous employee engagement survey. This looks at a number of areas including employee’s feelings on leadership, opportunities for their personal growth, how they feel about their team and how happy they are with their pay and benefits.

The scores achieved by Kagool are a testament to the brilliant people that make up the eclectic teams across the different disciplines of the business. 91% of Kagool employees agreed their team was fun to work with, confirmation of the welcoming and enjoyable culture Kagool have created for their staff.

Wellbeing is paramount at Kagool with employees receiving access to the ‘Kagool employee assistance programme’ from their first day in the office. This means everyone has access to extra support if they wish to use it.
