New Fusionworkshop Signings

Our Summer Dip into the Transfer Market

As the football transfer window draws to a dramatic close there have been a number of marquee signings in the Premier league. Chelsea have added Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas, Manchester United have splashed out over £59 million pounds on Angel De Maria and ‘Super’ Mario is back in England with Liverpool.

As premier Sitecore providers, we’ve also worked hard over the summer to improve our team. It’s been an exciting time and we are very proud to announce the following additions.

Back in June we managed to attract James Richards from Sequence. James is a creative Front end designer, who specialises in beautiful, responsive design. Joining James in the Front end team as a contractor, is Tom Evans. Like James, Tom has previously worked on a number of high impact design projects across a range of industries.

August bought further signings with David Wilton and David More arriving.

David Wilton joined us to head up the marketing team. Previously head of digital at Legal & General, his experience will prove invaluable in demonstrating how Fusionworkshop can transform your digital experience.

David Moore can operate in a couple of positions, front or back end development. Previously at True Clarity he has worked on four Sitecore ‘Site of the year’ accounts. David brings solid experience working with large brands, including EasyJet, Dyson, Asos and the Conservative Party.

Just beating the transfer deadline today are Richard Bender, who has joined us from Comtec as Head of Customer Support, and a couple of loan signings Ricky Davies and David Roberts.  Ricky and David will be with us as web content editors as part of the Go Wales placement scheme.

We have also managed to secure two more signings, who will join up with the squad in the middle of September. Andrew Kelly, also ex-Sequence joins as a Programme Manager and we’ve secured Matt Jackson again from Comtec as a Front End Developer.

“I’m overjoyed with our business in this summer’s transfer market.  We’ve added real depth and quality to the Fusionworkshop team. We’re really looking forward to the upcoming season. Highlights will include the Sitecore Symposium in Barcelona and the Sitecore Experience Awards in December. We have many innovative customer projects in progress, others on the horizon and further team expansion planned.” Chris Short, Managing Director.
