Kagool win Sitecore award 'Best Use of Content Management' for the Formica Group website project
Yet again, we’re Sitecore award winners! Our website build for the Formica Group earned ‘Best Use of Content Management’ at the Sitecore Experience Awards. And it’s fair to say we’re in high spirits.
The Sitecore Experience Awards were held at this year’s Digital Marketing Summit in London. The theme of the event was “Demand more transformation – rethink your marketing”. After a number of talks from industry professionals and Sitecore experts, the awards ceremony took place. And we were on the edge of our seats.
The Sitecore Experience Awards recognise the best Sitecore projects of the year for content management, contextual intelligence, omnichannel automation and commerce. Our Sitecore project with Formica was shortlisted for ‘Best Use of Content Management’. We were picked as Sitecore award winners by a panel of Sitecore staff and independent marketing experts from Forrester.
This complex project involved using Sitecore to help Formica with their digital transformation. The new website has improved Formica’s traffic numbers, created more leads, more revenue, increased sample orders, and improved brand awareness in key markets. As one of our largest global customers, Formica’s website spans across 28 countries and 18 languages.
Formica’s new website makes use of Sitecore content management by sharing masses of content across a huge number of regional sites. Their marketing teams can now work together more effectively. And they can focus on inspiring and engaging with their customers. We’re very proud to be a part of this success.
This is our third consecutive year as Sitecore award winners. Our previous wins include Welsh Water and The World Customs Organisation at the 2014 Sitecore Experience Awards. And IOSH and Healthspan at the 2013 Sitecore Site of the Year Awards.
