Parkdean Resorts' ambition is to leverage the full value of its Sitecore DXP to dominate the UK holiday market, with a better understanding of user needs and a more customer-focused digital strategy. We’re partnering them on this exciting journey, focused on developing, refining and optimising each stage in the purchase journey to ensure a more personalised and seamless experience - and a higher ROI.

Transform, optimise, maximise

In the first stage, we’ve adapted our transformation programme to navigate new challenges caused by the pandemic; devising a strategy to optimise the current buying journeys and maximise conversion from the reduced number of website visitors. We’ve rapidly achieved a 61% increase in conversion for Holiday Home Sales but haven’t stopped there. We’re now refining and personalising the user experience across Parkdean Resorts’ entire digital estate. We’re developing a customer-first solution, informed by user research sessions and built around smart-thinking, visual design and innovative services.

We rebuilt the technical foundations of the website, making cost savings and improving digital efficiencies across the board. With solid foundations, we are now in position to leverage Sitecore’s features, developing a customer experience that will give Parkdean the competitive edge.
