Together is an award winning finance specialist based in the North West that offer a range of loans as well as buy-to-let and commercial mortgages. The Challenge

Following a rebrand and name change, Together were struggling to achieve great Google rankings and visibility. They needed to boost their new brand and identity to get ahead of the pre-existing negative online reviews associated with the old brand.

Their SEO strategy wasn’t delivering high volumes of traffic which was impacting their website’s Domain Authority.  In addition to this, their website’s on-page content wasn’t effectively targeting search terms used by prospective customers. This meant that they were failing to capitalise on organic traffic.

The Approach

Our initial audit for Together’s digital presence led to our strategy to deliver high volumes of quality traffic that would convert through campaign specific goals. The first step for the Kagool team was to carry out a design refresh to create a new identity. Our approach then focussed on introducing PPC, drastically improving organic search results and optimising on-page content.

After identifying the huge benefits of PPC that were being missed, we developed targeted campaigns to help Together reach their objectives at a low cost.

They started ranking for non-brand terms, relating to products. Nobody knew who Together were so we also had to start driving awareness of the brand.

Summary and next steps

In a short space of time we were able to see Together’s Google rankings improve. We successfully increased their online visibility, which could be seen in the 75% increase in new website visitors and 72% growth of organic traffic. Together Money started ranking for non-brand terms that related to products which also contributed to driving brand awareness.

Moving forward Together are looking to focus on improving user experience on site by implementing testimonials and reviews and utilising Sitecore’s personalisation tool. Ultimately with the view to increase customer enquiries. For further information get in touch.
